| Level 1
You are comfortable with a sustained output at a relaxed pace for 3 - 4 consecutive days.
You have been riding for at least one year, and can climb & descend on singletrack with loose rocks.
You must also be confident with your braking & shifting gears ability.

| Level 2
You are comfortable with a sustained output at athletic pace with occasional short anaerobic periods and can ride between 4 - 6 hours per day for 2 - 4 consecutive days.
You must also be comfortable with pushing up hike a bike sections.
You must be confident riding all types of singletrack, up & down, and also be able to negotiate small drops, jumps and technical sections that may come up on a trail.

| Level 3
You are comfortable with a sustained challenging pace including long periods of anaerobic exercise.
You feel comfortable climbing for hours and to ride for 6+ hours a day for over 5 consecutive days with some technical hike a bike sections.
If you have been mountain biking for a few years, and feel very confident in your ability to ride very technical trails, jumps, exposed areas & to just pin it down a rough trail with a big smile on your face, then this is for you.
