Day One
Arrive in Cape Town, then we drive to Ceres where we will be based for the next 3 nights. Once there we will build bikes, enjoy a few sundowners & have a lovely welcome dinner.
| Day Two
Ride some beautiful singletrack trails all morning, head home for lunch, wade in some mountain pools before sunset & enjoy another special dinner under the African Skies.
| Day Three
We'll explore some more pristine trails out in the Ceres area, then heading back before the midday heat for some siesta time, a swim, a hike or just relaxing at our farm house with nothing but fresh air, blue skies and sunshine surrounding you.
|
Day Four
After breakfast we head out to the beautiful Elgin valley to get comfortable in our cottages amongst the fynbos, where we will be staying for the next four nights and riding some of the best trails that South Africa has to offer.
| Day Five
The Elgin Valley offers the best mountain biking in the Western Cape. The mountains are steep, the climbs are long, but the views, the fynbos and the singletrack trails are amazing, and well worth the effort.
| Day Six
Just another day of riding in paradise. Sweet singletrack, hot Summer day's and a trip to the beach or some secret hidden rock pools to cool off and recharge with some well deserved food & beverages. Don't be surprised if we have some local company - Baboons love to come down to the beach or pools to find some food.

Day Seven
Today we will ride in a very special place, one of the oldest, historical farms in South Africa. We will have a private guide to take us, as it is not open to the general public. After an amazing ride we will be treated to a wine tasting & picnic lunch under the old oak tree's on the farm. Dinner this evening is a special surprise and a true South African experience to mark the end of our first leg of the trip.
| Day Eight
This will be a very early rise to get to the airport for the next part of our Adventure. It will be a rest day consisting of flying to Johannesburg where we will be met and picked up by some wonderful guides who will drive us to no man's land & then we enter Botswana in a cable car across the Limpopo. Bet you've never entered a new country this way. Tonight will be a new experience for so many, where you will be sleeping under the stars, completely surrounded by the wilderness...
| Day Nine
Going on a bicycle safari in the wilderness - I mean complete and utter wilderness where our guides carry rifles and you dodge elephant poop. It doesn't get any better than this. Words cannot explain this once in a lifetime ride.
|
Day Ten
Another day of spotting elephant, zebra's, lion, wildebeest, hyena's and the list goes on. Evenings are spent around camp fires after watching the most amazing sunsets. We eat, we drink, we tell stories and we marvel in the fact that we are in the middle of nowhere - far away from your day to day routines.
| Day Eleven
After our last gourmet bush breakfast, it will be time to head back to the real world. We will transfer back to Johannesburg, where we will all have to part ways and fly back to our homes with a new collection of unforgettable memories.
